Proof that ranger interrupts are 1/4s instead of 1/2s?

I noticed that you put notes in all the bow interrupt pages, and was wondering what proof you have that it's 1/4 second instead of 1/2 second like it says. If it were true, it's likely in 2 years of live play that others would've noticed, and it would've been well-documented, and likely fixed by ANet, by now. There is a thread on guru about it (I will add link for you later, guru is unavailable now), there seems to be an agreement that ranger interrupts are indeed 0.25s. Many people noticed it, I discovered it only recently and I took the effort to record the video and actually measure the time of the interrupt casts: they are all 1/4s. I have no idea why game has wrong number, maybe they were trying to include (with a rough approximation) the flight time of the arrow.--Brainless Thought 18:51, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
