Yes, the ability for a bear to catch a fish is as remarkable as you're implying... now, if it didn't relay on the fact that a bear has claws to puncture the fish (where as a human hand does not) or the fangs in the mouth, and the physical force behind it wasn't greater than a human in both the limbs and mouth, nor did it take them years of practice to get this remarkable skill down then even better. Yes, bears can run quite fast, too bad this is only over short distances, and lets hope this distance is over a very straight area, they're agile - look it can stand on its legs - yet its mass restrict it.
