error codes[edit]
Re: this edit ... I've never seen a wiki error/bug with an "error code" before. Are you talking wiki errors? In-game errors shouldn't be reported here. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 21:23, 14 March 2007 (EDT)
- I'm talking wiki errors, I haven't seen any, but if there are, it wouldn't hurt to have that message there. :D - Drago
Page[edit]
hello, your user page violates the User page policy -FireFox File:Firefoxav.png 18:27, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
How so?I worked very hard on my userpage, I do NOT like the idea of removing it because it is a bit too long. >_> - Drago- I agree, it's a very, very pretty userpage. Though, technically, it breaks both the image size and the length restrictions T_T FireFox, next time, at least give a rationale for the "FIX THIS TEH NOWZORS!!!oneeleven!11. Thanks. Pepe talk 18:37, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
It does not break the image restrictions...all images are below 100KB.I think the restrictions are too restricting. I mean COME ON.... - Drago 18:39, 15 March 2007 (EDT)- GuildWiki isn't as strict on userpages...why should we be? It's really not fair.. :( - Drago 18:41, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
- A long discussion took place. -FireFox File:Firefoxav.png 18:43, 15 March 2007 (EDT)

- Restarting the ident. A very long discussion...hmmm...doesn't seem to do justice to the fact that I don't like the policy. I think another long conversation is in order. - Drago 18:44, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
- Its a very nice user page, it would be a shame if you had to shorten it ~ Kurd19:22, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
- It does need to be shortened to fit with current policy. Even if the policy is changed, it needs to be shortened until that happens. Think of it in real world terms: if you disagree with a speed limit on a street and go to city hall to propose a change, you'll still get speeding tickets if you go faster than the posted limit until it gets changed to something higher. Please shorten the user page for now - if policy changes, it can be lengthenned at that point. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 19:30, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
For you page, keep the top gray boxes and dump the rest into a linked (but not included, that would break the rules) sub-page called User:Drago/characters or some such. --Rainith 21:40, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
- A redirect does not solve the problem as discussed earlier. Even though technically the stuff isn't on your main user page, it forces people to load and see the stuff when they enter your user page as there is no way to avoid being redirected. -- (gem / talk) 16:15, 18 March 2007 (EDT)
The current solution of using a redirect is still a violation of the rules. Clean up the page to fit the rules, or it will be cleaned up for you. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 16:46, 18 March 2007 (EDT)
- I added a clear line to the policy to prevent this kind of trick to go around the rules. No one should have any problem with that and I hope you wont try anything similiar again Drago. The limitations are to make loading the page faster for those with slow connections and to protect the eyes of those who don't want to know all of the in game stuff that you might find interesting. -- (gem / talk) 16:49, 18 March 2007 (EDT)
Thanks for fixing the page - much better! Oh, and as an FYI: on the page with the actual content, I think you may have an open tag or two. It looks like the formatting of the surrounding text gets mangled a bit. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 21:43, 18 March 2007 (EDT)
- Update - yup, you have an open <div> without the closing </div> tag. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 21:45, 18 March 2007 (EDT)
Tip[edit]
Hi Drago, noticed that you seem to be signing comments the hard way. You can sign by using the little signature icon above the edit text area or by typing ~~~~. -- ab.er.rant 22:31, 15 March 2007 (EDT)
- I do use tildes though. ;-), I just use diffrent sets, Drago for just my name, and Drago 23:41, 15 March 2007 (EDT) for full, and 23:41, 15 March 2007 (EDT) for only date. - Drago 23:41, 15 March 2007 (EDT)

That tag template[edit]
Please don't abuse it, and most certainly don't slap it on the userpages of new users. It's a hostile one, because it has no real meaning or purpose; it simply makes the guy on the receiving end go "what the hell is this supposed to be, did I do something wrong?" It may be tolerable on talk pages (but even there I'd be careful), but simply don't put it on other user's userpages. See GWW:USER#Ownership for more on that. Thanks. --Dirigible 19:33, 29 March 2007 (EDT)
- I agree, no use at all and waste of space, your only confusing new ppl ~ Kurd10:35, 30 March 2007 (EDT)
- Please refrain from tagging ArenaNet employee user pages with the tag template.--Bane of Worlds (talk • contribs) 13:05, 30 March 2007 (EDT)
That "Do not edit this article" template[edit]
Do NOT use that one again, Drago. It's completely opposed to the idea of a wiki. You have no right to tell anyone else to not edit an article. Once again, do not use it again. --Dirigible 15:43, 30 March 2007 (EDT)
- I will handle this template when I get home. I will say, Drago, if you continue to add any of these tags or the one mentioned above, it will be seen as a disruption of GWW and administrative action will be taken. — Gares 15:59, 30 March 2007 (EDT)
- Your Template:DNE has been moved to User:Drago/DNE. Feel free to correct your user page by typing {{/DNE}}. — Gares 17:34, 30 March 2007 (EDT)

Show Preview[edit]
Just reminding you to use the show preview button. I have seen a couple +2 and -3's in recent changes.--Eloc 22:38, 4 April 2007 (EDT)
- Whoops. Sorry. XD - DяấĢő 22:39, 4 April 2007 (EDT)
- remember show preview is your best friend that'll keep the recent rechanges list nice and tidy...--Bane of Worlds (talk • contribs) 00:44, 17 April 2007 (EDT)
Gaile Gray's Wiki Gnome[edit]
Since you're Gaile's personal wiki gnome I thought I'd let you know that Gaile's last name is spelt with an A, Gray. -- Scourge 03:13, 8 April 2007 (EDT)
- Actually, I spell Grey with an E, since I use the British spelling. - DяấĢő 11:35, 8 April 2007 (EDT)
User:Drago/Templates/Build[edit]
Are you going to be posting your builds on GWW? If so, see IFAB. I don't care about how you format your builds, just feel free to put them in the categorys for everyone else to see.--Eloc 14:44, 8 April 2007 (EDT) Test - Drago 23:08, 13 April 2007 (EDT)
Signature[edit]
Just to let you know, in order to use that picture in your signature you must reupload it under a filename (something like Image:User Drago sig.gif) and make the image redirect to either your user page or your talk page. - BeX 00:20, 18 April 2007 (EDT)
- Already done, Bex. But thanks for the reminder. :) - Drago 15:43, 18 April 2007 (EDT)
- I'm just so slow. :P - BeX 23:22, 18 April 2007 (EDT)

- That said, Drago, is there any chance you can at least try to discuss these changes to the tag template? Please talk things over with other contributors, especially when they're making a good faith attempt to do the same. This silent approach is very disruptive; you can't really reach consensus without communication. Thanks. --Dirigible 21:44, 16 May 2007 (EDT)
- Alright, take a look at {{Quest placeholder}} now. Is that acceptable to both of you? --Dirigible 22:11, 16 May 2007 (EDT)
- Dirigible, that actually seems better than what I had. My thanks to Bexor for replacing the icon - I didn't know any other icon filenames. Drago, is this acceptable to you as well? BLASTEDT 15:08, 17 May 2007 (EDT)
- I like it. I am now replacing this into my archives. - Drago 15:48, 17 May 2007 (EDT)

Well it was pretty unsuccessful, I mean, a couple of things were cleared but for the rest of the I'm sure, 100 more questions... who knows. I would have liked to have seen more questions answered. — BlackGeneral File:Blackgeneralstar.png (talk|contribs) 21:34, 11 May 2007 (EDT)
