First of all...

You don't need to wipe a page to make a responce. Just leave stuff that's already on talk pages there, but post a new comment. To respond to this, hit edit then place a ":" character before your response. Kinda like this example...

First person talk!
:Second person response.
::Third person... etc.

Which will show like this:

First person talk!

Second person response.

Third person... etc.

You add one : for every response after. Also. reading the GWW:FAQ might help with questions, but do a search before you post a question. --People of Antioch talk 23:30, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

This is your talk page, for other users to leave notices for various situations. And you can't do whatever you want. You need sysop rights to have access to extra wiki tools, and many wiki actions, such as editing another's userpage, blanking a page, and many other things can be considered vandalism, which could result in a short-term block, but after warnings. A page from the dictionary explaining that a wiki is "A collaborative website whose content can be edited by anyone who has access to it." That's right. It's your sandbox to do what you want with it. Test code, keep results of experiments, maybe design your userpage. Anything.
