Reform[edit]
Reform is like the shittiest skill... ~~ frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 18:25, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- How would you buff it? Keep constructive please. :-) --People of Antioch 19:17, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
- Make it last like 3s, and have heals and cond removal at first, then a heal at the end... Recharge of like 10. It is def. bad atm though. ~~ frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 19:50, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Nope[edit]
You combined the brute strength of a warrior with the criticals of an assassin. If this was made no one would use a warrior or assassin anymore. Only thing I liked was that you made the weapons knuckles. It's good to see a new type of weapon. --Lustre Of Havoc 03:00, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- I've never seen a melee counter a melee too much, and that's what I kinda wanted to do. Also, I wanted the skill points to all inherently do something, so I did that too. It takes some thought, and I'm still working at the skills. Balance is an issue with me. I didn't want to go overboard with power. --People of Antioch 05:37, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
Skills[edit]
are HORRIBLY underpowered. 8adr AND a recharge?! and stances dont have cast times. -- frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 04:39, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- Ah, about the stances, I'll redo that later. Which skill are you talking about? Keep in mind, I don't actually play as a melee class often. I like my monk. What did you think of Assassination? --People of Antioch 05:35, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
spirit of the bererk. your chain is charged way faster than that. Drop recharge and duration. And remove the recharge from ALL of the adr skills, and raise cost of pressure pt strike or w/e. Assassination is shit at that recharge, but lowering it to be good is just asking for spikes, so drop the damage and recharge a bit. -- frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 05:18, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
Brawlers[edit]
I always loved monks from DnD...that's what brawlers look like. Leet unarmed pwnage to the max. Some of your skills look fun, bit a bit weak. Most of your energy costs can come down a little. ~Shard 20:12, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
- Most of the high energy cost ones relate to Finesse. Finesse has an effect to lower energy costs. Though, I'll take another look at it again. Next time I get with my D&D buddies, I'm gonna try for a Monk then cross into a Pali. I've always wanted tp try that.--People of Antioch 07:09, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
Eye Gouge[edit]
Lololol 30s blind??? WTF!!! At 3 adr nonetheless! ~~ frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 01:22, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
- It is an eye gouge. =) I'll fix its functionality. --People of Antioch 02:40, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
Insignias[edit]
At 9 adr or more is not a valid choice... Maybe for each fully charged skill, but each skill is counted individually. ~~ frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 19:33, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
- Ah, okay. I'll take that into account. I just might change the name too. --People of Antioch 23:16, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
Want.[edit]
I'd totally reroll my assassin to this if it was real.- Vanguard 01:25, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
- Really now? I'm assuming that you mean it's a good thing (Brawler). Anyway, it's too bad it's not a community vote (select judges score), but I'm hoping to do at least somewhat well. --Antioch 04:16, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
- Yea, wish I was around when the idea was concieved. I would have volunteered as a judge.- Vanguard 04:49, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
Further discussion[edit]
Goes here! Actually, while I was making the Brawler, I couldn't get the picture of the standard Monk out of my head. It just kinda works still. Though I did not put that up, so I guess it doesn't really count. D'oh. Thanks though, Shadow. --Antioch 14:51, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
Guy in Shades[edit]
lol, near the bottom of this version. --Antioch 17:40, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- The reason for the unarmed dagger damage > dagger damage is because I wanted unarmed damage to place pressure in the way a hammer or scythe would (without the use of skills, anyway. The Brawler doesn't have enough energy to unleash a giant spike like a scythe or assa dagger could). --Antioch 17:44, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- Zealous could fix the energy deal easily.- Vanguard 18:13, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
