Instantly 100 x better than Penetrating Chop/Penetrating Blow. Obviously not going to be used for the DW (though also has the flexibility to!), but to follow Eviscerate as a better-than-Executioner's Strike or as a second Executioner's Strike (and costs 1 less). -~=Sparky (talk) 08:46, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
