Mr V, if you use AI -> Ar Echo, you gain about 7 net energy, which is great and all, but not really worth a skill slot. What I do is take Channeling on all my PvE chars that don't *need* a secondary profession; it's amazing what a wall of minions/spirits/henchmen can do for your energy if you actually channel tank.
