It's not like you have limited room in a virtual world." -- I feel I should point out that actually, yes, you do have limited room in a virtual world, because that world exists on a real-life server. Server space is expensive, and ANet can't necessarily afford to buy huge amounts of space, considering GW's lack of subscription fees and the currentstate of the economy. Furthermore, if they did buy more space, I imagine they'd use it to increase storage size long before they prettified the HoM. --Mme. Donelle 04:48, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

The server already has it stored which trophies you own, so being able to display them on the client side is just a matter of reading the list it already has on the server for your account, and making them 'visible' to you in your hall. So in that respect, it wouldn't take up any more space on the server. Increasing storage amount on the other hand would require more space on the servers because it would basically add a few more fields to the database to keep the 'data' of what item is in it.--24.92.116.83 02:47, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
