Yomindhe was a famous Istani scholar who lived during the time of the Scarab Plague. His only known and surviving work is his journal, which contains research on the Scarab Plague. We learn of his whereabouts in the quest A Mysterious Missive.
It is believed that he died during the plague. During the quest A Perplexing Plague, a note signed by him can be found under a Loose Rock.
