The skill is still too weak. I would still take wielder's rememdy and a weapon spell (vengeful weapon) over this, another combo I do not use. As Ritualist do not have Devine Favor bonus the heals have to be +90 to see them in play. --216.113.208.132 02:07, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
- This should be a similar version of mend body and soul (if spirit or if weapon spell presence conditions) and thus the healing amount, cast time and recharge time should be similar. If spec-ing on weapon spells you should take Mending Grip, if spec-ing on spirits, you should equip Mend Body & Soul.Krothal 15:52, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
- except you can only have one weapon spell on you at a time. --Life Infusion «T» 02:01, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
- good fix life infuse. dismiss condition clone 76.26.189.65 14:56, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- I agree, this idea is good. A. von Rin 03:49, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
- why change place of condition removal and healing? healer ritus use mend body and soul, weapon of remedy and/or wielder's remedy so no need for more of that shit, just increase the healing and reduce the recharge. --Cursed Angel 03:58, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

Have i gone mad or did life infusion just gave us a great suggestion ? Lilondra 06:52, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
- He did. If he wouldn't care about consistency and such crap, he'd had even more good ideas overall (but he already has some really nice suggestions). A. von Rin 12:49, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
- I also like the idea of hex removal, but this would become the best non-elite hex removal skill then (= slightly OP). If you change it like this, you had to increase recharge at least up to 8. A. von Rin 16:15, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
- actually it doesnt matter much if rit gets an overpowered something, such as - Spirit Light and Mend boy and soul - one is as effective as ZB and the other as good as RC but its still rarely used 76.26.189.65 00:54, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
- I think it does matter, but given that the conditional for mending grip would be much harder to fulfill a 6 second recharge would be fine for the skill if it removed hexes. What weapon spells could you use from the restoration line right now? Weapon of warding and resilient weapon (spirit light weapon for an elite) are the only reliable ones and to use any of those is risky for hex removal given that they are 10e or an elite. So leaving the heal and recharge would be fine given how it could be used atm. ~>Sins WDB 01:22, 6 April 2008

What you really have to do to bring this skill into perspective I think is look at the other condition removals that Rt's have in resto, then the skill looks good actually. We have Mend Body and Soul, which is conditional on spirits, we have Weapon of Remedy, which requires a hit and strips their weapon spell, and we have Wielder's Remedy, which requires a weapon spell. (Also the Weapon that gives regen and armor, and the item spell that removes conds off yourself). In essence then, the other cond removal spells would take a huge nerf from giving this a guaranteed cond removal. It also fits the Rt theme of conditional skills based on spirits and weapon spells. Yes, its sub par based on monk condition removals, but its not meant to compete with them. I actually use this skill when Rt Running in GvG, since I dont want to use WoR on myself to remove cripple and remove my Warding. --Angelic Loki 10:30, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- I like Life Infusion's idea. However, if The Sins We Die By's idea is put into practice, it would be incredibly powerful in combination with spammable weapon spells. It would be like Divine Boon pre-nerf, but without the energy loss or the maintenance cost. Consider adding an energy cost for every weapon spell applied? 192.168.1.1 18:09, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- no need, there arent any real spammable weapon spells other then remedy and vengeful, and even then it would make it on par with divine favor+reversal of forture/reversal of damage 76.26.189.65 03:15, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

- I'll /sign on the first two suggestions, the latter two though are bad. Divine Boon for Weapon Spells is one big no and rits aren't getting hex removal (for some weird and unexplainable reason). Akirai Annuvil 18:13, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
/Signed on Life Infusion and Lancy's version... the simplest solutions are often the most elegant. And know that it would sooner be a cold day in hell before any Rits gets hex-removal, or any other skills that other professions will always be better at. -- Falconeye
Hex Removal
Rit's aren't supposed to have hex removal. I spoke to Izzy about this when Nightfall first came out and I was expecting some hex removal to enter the rit line. Instead, hex removals are the domain of the monk and mesmer. Just like warriors aren't supposed to have hex or condition removal. Similarly, rit's aren't meant to have hex removal Samcobra 12:38, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
- Yet another example of sticking to the theme. We should lern from past mistakes. When we say "A profession is meant to do this" we can worthless crap like this. (that was d'rected at izzy, not you above user) NUKLEAR IIV 14:13, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
