Fear[edit]
Condition. While Fearful, you move faster whilst taking damage, and you are prevented from attacking or blocking attacks.
Concise description: You cannot attack or block; your movement speed is increased by 15% per earshot foe (maximum 50%); you lose 10 health per second while moving.

5 2 20 Shout. (1...12...15 second[s].) You have +5...25...30% chance of a critical hit with melee attacks against stationary foes. Initial effect: nearby foes are inflicted with Fear condition (3 seconds).

5 2 20 Elite Form. (10...74...90 seconds.) Your Scythe attacks deal dark damage and steal 0...10...12 Health. You are immune to disease. Initial effect: apply Chilled condition to all adjacent foes (3 seconds) when you cast a Dervish enchantment. Enchant effect: inflict Fear condition (3 seconds) with scythe attacks while enchanted with a Dervish enchantment. End effect: apply Disease condition to all adjacent foes (3 seconds) when you lose a Dervish enchantment. This skill is disabled for 45 seconds.

Condition. While Dazed, you take twice as long to activate non-attack skills, and all your non-attack skills are easily interrupted; these skills are disabled for 5 seconds.
Concise description: You take twice as long to cast non-attacks, and your non-attacks are easily interrupted and disabled (5 seconds).
