Reason:

As a monk I know that gaining hexes is horrible, but trying to rid a party of hexes is even worse. I changed it to a Martyr Martyr like skill, with an energy cost and recharge fitting mass hex removal. With the early removal of this enchant leaving all gained hexes on the caster, it wont be overpowering other Monk elites, or give 2ndary Monks a huge benefit.
