Amber/Jadeite Salvage Rate Increase

With the increase in cost (in faction) of Amber Chunks and Jadeite Shards, I would also like to see an increase of the salvageability of these rare crafting materials from items that bear their name, ie: Amber Staff, Jade Sword. Especially, if these items have the "highly salvageable" attribute on them.
