Elite Enchantment Spell (Soul Reaping). "For 0...20...25 seconds, your minion-summoning spells cost 15 less Energy (minimum 5) to cast."
- Basically just makes maintaining a minion army easier on a Necro primary: the necromancer can maintain Death Nova/Withering Aura on all his minions. Would be especially helpful to minion bombers.

Cultist's Fervor

Elite Hex Spell (Blood Magic). "While target foe is hexed with Cultist's Fervor, you steal 0...16...20 points of that foe's life every second. This hex lasts for 0...8...10 seconds."
- A way for Blood Necros to maintain survivability for themselves and pressure on their enemies without making an imba bloodspike skill or a just another degen/regen skill.

Elite Skill (Blood Magic). "For 0...4...5 seconds, damage and life-stealing you take is reduced to 0. Each time this happens, you steal 20 health from the foe that would have caused the damage."
- Short-term self-preservation and spike protection. Like a Mark of Protection, but actually useful. Note that it is a skill and so cannot be lengthened or echo-chained for abuse. The life steal isn't significant enough to turn it into another bomber skill for AB/JQ/FA either.

Elite Enchantment Spell (Death Magic). "For 30 seconds, any time a minion you control that is not a bone minion dies, it is replaced by a level 0...10...13 bone minion."
- Another way to keep the minion army rolling, especially out of battle. Also, because of the 'non-bone-minion' clause, mimicking an ally with AotL would be helpful (because of the attribute gain) but not OP. This enchantment could see play in some PvE minion master ritualist builds utilizing Explosive Growth, Spirit's Gift, and Boon of Creation.
