Very low Importance.
Current Situation[edit]
The old Low-level PvP arenas (The Crag, D'Alessio Arena, Amnoon Arena, Fort Koga) have been closed. In some cases, such as in the Henge of Denravi or in Amnoon Oasis, paths have even been blocked to suppress the possibility to get into the arena.
Some of the new arenas (Churranu Island Arena,Petrified Arena, Heroes' Crypt, Brawler's Pit, Seabed_Arena) do appear on the world map but cannot be accessed.
Some unimplemented areas were meant to become a PvP arena, such as Ahmtur Arena, but never made it into the game.
These arenas are part of the original Guild Wars and elements of lore.
Suggestion[edit]
Allow access to the arenas for exploration (and maybe cartography?) purposes during events such as Anniversary Celebration or Wayfarer's Reverie.
