• Fixed a bug which made players without certain campaigns unable to use Attack Skills from those campaigns in Codex Arena and Costume Brawl.

• Updated localized text for Tolkano.

Guild Wars Wiki notes

• Chat window text that appears after opening up the skill window in Codex Arena changed from "You are using a limited play list. Your skills may not all be displayed." to "Your skill list is currently restricted by the rules of the Codex Arena. See High Commissioner Gyills for details."

• Devona doesn't use Charge! in Hard Mode anymore.

• The Wisdom title's incorrect text has been corrected.
