Guild Wars Wiki:Elections/2011-02 bureaucrat election/Poke

I would be interested to see if Poke would be interested in this role. None of the candidates I would be comfortable with as bureaucrats have accepted their nominations and this is something Poke could definitely handle and in my experience he tends to keep out of most of the day-to-day dirty work that occurs around this wiki anyway. As with any election within the last two years (I believe), I consider myself as a possible candidate based on the premise that there is not a candidate I personally can wholeheartedly support. I know of others having a similar attitute towards this and some of them actually were elected because of this. Unless most of those however, I completely stayed out of the candidate list, as long as a candidate was available who could and would do the job better than me.

In this particular election, the nomination of Pling would lead myself in a situation equal to those before and would make me decline again. However, I believe that Pling doesn't really want to do the job again this time, and would only accept to make the list “better”, so I think it is a good idea to be a candidate myself this time and give Pling the option to opt out completely.
