• Cannot be dyed.
• The white hair is a part of the hat and replaces a character's original hair.

Trivia

• This hat is based on the winning design by Nian from the Wintersday 2007 Art Contest.
• The Ice Crown was first awarded during Wintersday 2007 finales in Lion's Arch and Kamadan districts where the Avatar of Grenth gained more supporters than the Avatar of Dwayna. Due to server issues during the finales, it could also be obtained from festival hat makers for several days after Wintersday 2007.
• The appearance of the hat was altered in the January 10, 2008 update.
