Istani Cultists look like normal Istani citizens; however, they are only seen bowing and praying to some Skale. From this it seems that the Istani Cultists believe that the Skales are holy creatures.

• When not in aggro range they stand still doing various emotes. These include /dance (male ranger or female elementalist versions) and /kneel.
• They are considered a separate group from the Skale, and thus will not be aggroed if the Skale are aggroed.

• Unlike most enemies, the Istani Cultist comes in two visual versions, male and female.
