Hex Spell. For 20 seconds, this hex does nothing. When Rising Bile ends, that foe and all foes in the area take 1...5...6 damage for each second Rising Bile was in effect.

- If a foe hexed with Rising Bile dies, all foes in the area will be damaged. (As with Parasitic Bond, the game counts the hex as ended if the target dies.)
- Re-casting Rising Bile has no effect. It will still expire after the initial 20 seconds.
