Weapon Spell. For 20 seconds, target ally has a Splinter Weapon. Target ally's next 1...4...5 attack[s] deal 5...41...50 damage to up to 4 adjacent foes.

Hero Usage[edit]
- Heroes will cast this skill on minions and non-attacking allies. They do not cast it on allies that are carrying a bundle, wielding a staff or wand, or those not wielding any weapon. They will not cast it on animal companions of your party.
Notes[edit]
- Damage is only dealt to foes adjacent to the target, not to the target itself.
- Splinter Weapon will trigger once for each attack when used with scythes or attack skills that can deal multiple attacks.
- Damage from this skill is armor-ignoring-physical damage: it benefits from Winnowing and triggers Mark of Pain and Barbs. However, it does not trigger the three weapon modifications that depend on the weapon hitting the foe (i.e. Furious, Vampiric, and Zealous weapons hit the target, while the Splinter Weapon damage affects the adjacent foes).
