Talk:Candy Cane weapon
Article name[edit]
What would you think about create the Wintersday weapon article, and let Candy Cane weapon and Wintergreen weapon redirect to the accordant article section? —ZerphaThe Improver 16:49, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- We should add Category:Unofficial terms as well, right? —ZerphaThe Improver 16:52, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
Merging[edit]
I suggest merging those two articles not only because the one contains information the other could but also because this article is sorted in the Candy Cane weapons category causing it to appear in the Gallery of Candy Cane weapons. Ɲoɕʈɋɽɕɧ 23:54, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
Max Damage[edit]
Make other collectors in higher-end areas of the game that give max damage CC weapons; as they are, they're only useful as novelty items and I'm sick of people fighting on my team in RA with just these unmaxed weapons. So please, make maxed versions of these that require more shards or something. -- Gah 01:55, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
/Whine[edit]
Why aren't these weapons max and/or upgradeable? I can see wanting them to be handicapped so that they arent overused, but they should be at least partly viable. They should be max and mod-able but not inscribable. |NalanaDarkling| 18:01, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Wondering about purpose[edit]
I am curious about the possible niche uses the event weapons offer beyond just being a collectable. I noticed a Candy Cane sword in a Fort Aspenwood video once as well. I never really understood other professions or the potential buildcraft, so trying to understand the use of said event weapon is difficult aside of my logic from AdventureQuest Worlds regarding Static Weapons (Static = no damage variance) grants consistency while Unstable (damage variance is so large that it either nukes or heals the enemy) is for big burst/nuke damage.
