New NPC Service Type?

Personal Pet or Does it Effect Heroes as Well?

I have heroes with the RB, I assume they will remain randomized? Personally I like it to be random and the devs might want to add a random option to sell, since I wouldn't have it otherwise. --Wendy Black 17:18, 16 February 2013 (UTC)

Are the purchased designs account bound or character bound?

When you change the design for 1 character, will it affect all characters on your account?
