Aquisition

This page is incorrect. Aquisition is from Lunar Fortunes, not from simply attending the event. Don't belive me? Look at the actual Event pageo n the guild wars website, It says...

"In addition to the items mentioned above, lucky players may find one of the rare Celestial Tiger miniatures hidden inside a Lunar Fortune! Carry the divine beast's luck with you throughout the year!"

The acquisition was filled in when the website was giving incorrect information; see Regina's talk page. Previously it said you could get a mini simply by going to the finale. ~Celestia 01:01, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

Previous Year Fortune Speculation

Thoughts and questions - if I have a stack of Fortunes from a previous New Year, and I use them today, would I have a chance to get a Celestial Tiger, or one of the celestial minis from that respective year? As Felix stated, the Lunar Fortunes from each year has a specific name such as Lunar Fortune [Year of the Rat] and Lunar Fortune [Year of the Tiger]. Odds of getting at least one when opening up 300 fortunes: ~63%. Odds of getting none when opening up 1200 fortunes: ~2%. So give 100 people 1200 fortunes each, and 2 of them won't shouldn't get any tigers :(.
