Talk:Plague Sending
how is this only 1 energy? i've never seen anything like this...--The Forsaken One 23:16, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- This 1 energy stuff was introduced with the previous skill balance update. This one I believe. -- (CoRrRan / talk) 23:29, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
Wow...1 energy only? So Warriors can ignore Plague Touch and use this instead even though there is a 10% of health to pay?--ShadowFog 12:29, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- possibly, yes. This skill is about twenty times better than before his buffs. Just compare the current with the old version —ZerphaThe Improver 02:55, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Players "not fleshy" ?[edit]
I use this in RA, and when I send Bleeding to a monk, I sometimes get the message that one gets when trying to affect spirits or undead with bleeding. "target is immune ot bleeding (no flesh)", or something like that. It is pretty rare, perhaps once in 50 sendings. Anybody has a clue as to an enchantment that could produce this result, or is it a bug ?58.5.245.251 10:16, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Aliabastre
- I know that Avatar of Melandru makes the user immune to conditions. I'm not sure of any other skills that do this but that could possibly be the issue.- TheRave (talk) 10:19, 4 October 2008 (UTC)
- It has AoE, therefore you possibly used it on a foe standing adjacent to a spirit. —ZerphaThe Improver 10:22, 4 October 2008 (UTC)
- My guess is that you're both right : I remember an Avatar of Melandru in at least one team where this happened. And spirits abound anyway. I had not thought about adjacent foe, even though I try to optimize the effect when I can. Thanks.58.5.245.251 10:54, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Aliabastre
Merits?[edit]
Is there any merit to using this spell in conjunction with Foul Feast or Draw Conditions and sending the enemy back their conditions as they are applied? After all, wasn't it Sun-Tzu who said that it's better to use an enemy's [equipment] against them, destroying it outright only when you can't do anything with it?
- you could do that if you also wanted to apply conditions to adjacent foes. --98.21.139.161 22:11, 13 January 2011 (UTC)
Overpowered[edit]
This skill is overpowered. Combined with Foul Feast it allows condition healing and reflecting for practically zero cost to the user. This allows certain curse necro builds too have way too much versatility on one bar. A build that can shut down Casters, Healing, Melee, heal conditions, spread conditions, spread degen, AND requires very little skill to play effectively should not exist and is bad for the game.
