Trivia[edit]

Would I be right in thinking that the dialogue from the 3 Canthan Peasant's are film quotes? The third seems to be a lift from Lord of the Rings (Gandalf at the bridge when the Balrog attacks), second one seems familiar too, but I'm having trouble placing it... --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 20:50, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

All three are very familiar. As for the third one though, I agree that it seems too similar to be a coincidence. A monster on a bridge and the peasant urging you to flee? Sardaukar 03:53, 5 July 2009 (UTC)

Split[edit]

To (2006)and (2007 versions, as the dialogue and monsters are different--TimOfDoom 10:59, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Actors / Norgu[edit]

I was disappointed they didn't give Norgu any lines in any of the 'historical reenactments' (2007) when he was in your party. Not even when he was mentioned specifically in this quest. --Tometheus-signature.png Tometheus (talk) 16:47, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Well, given that they're just repeating the whole series of quests, there wasn't any development involved. All they did was change the dialogue. Getting Norgu to say something would mean they'd have to code in some triggers. -- ab.er.rant sig 16:56, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Inaccurate map[edit]

I had to start from the Shing Jea Monastery for this mission, as rezoning would force me to redo the first objective. This is the method stated in the walkthrough, but the map instead shows Nicholas' location in Sunqua Vale and starts from Minister Cho's Estate to then run west, which wouldn't work. Is this just an easy way to show the end location or was the wrong one used (this is the latest addition, changing from the nonexistant File:Shrine of Maat map.jpg)? The issue is that this map is used for different things: as you mentioned yourself for Nick, then just to point at the building SoM and also for wayfarer‘s reverie.
The solution would be to save the second of the three maps (from 2014) under a new name and use that map for this quest. Iirc that map is the correct one for this quest.
If not you could create the accurate map yourself. :)
