Testing needs to be done to confirm the rank progression (if it is rank based) of both durration and points gained.

Does this blessing end when 10 kills are achieved or when the time limit has occured? What happens after the 10 kills are achieved, does the blessing go away, or does it stay there not enabling another try, or does it enable multiple sets of 10 kills to gain the specified reputation points?
