• This is available for each of the factions that has a title track in Eye of the North while affected by any one of the following blessings:
  • Asura
  • Deldrimor
  • Norn
  • Ebon Vanguard
• There is a chance that this Blessing will be granted every 25 kills after taking one of the above blessings.
