• The high energy cost reflects the emotional investment users of this skill have in forcing others to play the way the user wants them to play.
• If attempting to leave an outpost while under the effect Whining like a bitch, player will receive the message "You are currently in a flame war." This effect can only be removed with the shout "Shut up and play the game!" or letting it expire. It does not count down while logged off.
