Ok, thank you for the information. You made a slight calculation error, which I corrected for you. Other than that, it seems like an acceptable suggestion, though I'd rather go for 1 second per rank, +1. You could still get max regen continiously but it would take a little more effort on the Necromancer's part. 145.94.74.23 22:28, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Take Lingering Curse for example. You use it, something dies, voila! Under the previous system, it just paid for itself! Compare that to using Lingering Curse, getting a kill, then having to wait fifteen seconds for energy to regen before you can do it again. Sure, you can still get the same amount of energy - you just can't get it instantly, all the time, whenever anything dies. User Raine R.gif Raine - talk 20:23, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
