Feedback talk:Game updates/20240215
Thank you[edit]
Thanks for your continued support for Guild Wars. It's aged like a fine wine. I'd be willing to spend a significant amount of money for new content and continued updates; perhaps many others would as well. Please consider revisiting this gem of a game. There is none other like it. Soldier198 (talk) 21:06, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
Thank you so much. I always come back to this game when times are tough. Thank you for being here for me. Markus Clouser 22:52, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- I got chills hearing the Factions music again after over a decade! Thank you for this! --Musha 03:59, 16 February 2024 (UTC)
- I always felt like I'd missed out just a little, never getting to see the Prophecies, Factions, or Nightfall title screens first-hand. I'm excited for the chance to have their themes as part of my regular game experience at last! - Alexis Toran (talk) 13:31, 16 February 2024 (UTC)
Thank you[edit]
I am immensely grateful that this game is kept alive and running. It's my favourite online game of all time, and I've played it on-and-off since 2006. Thank you all so much. PlaylienZid~ 31.49.230.215 18:44, 17 February 2024 (UTC)

This is awesome![edit]
Thank you so much for not abandoning this game, dispite its flagship sequel. This game means so much to me, and I thought it was dead!
I will return this weekend, and hopefully rewind with the nostalgia of a simpler time.
Judging by these release notes, your devotion to our old love is strong! As a software developer, I praise the QoL-improvements and understand that they might have been an effort.
Thank you! You do spark some much needed joy into the pretty dark world we live in today.

Pleasant Hit of Nostalgia[edit]
I'm a tad late, yet I share the sentiment with the others on this talk page. This likely scratched an itch from countless players that have been longing for this. Amusingly enough, I logged in after an 8 year break just around the time this update rolled out. So, anticipating the EotN trumpets yet hearing the original Prophecies soundtrack, I was hit even more with nostalgia than I expected - as well as confused. Bringing back the old login titles - as well as other great tracks by Jeremy Soule on top - is very nice gift. —ZerphaThe Improver 16:00, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
