These are hero builds I have gathered for ease of display, some of these may have been created by me but most were lifted from other people and as such I claim no credit over any of these builds.

Optional #1 - Pick an Elite
Stunning Strike to keep enemy casters constantly disrupted under Dazed.
Cruel Spear provides nice Deep Wound; allows for other attack skill such as Spear of Lightning in place of Vicious Attack.
Soldier's Fury instead of Aggressive Refrain for a higher attack speed and more adrenaline and energy. Take an additional optional from the next list for the newly freed slot.
"Incoming!" for a constant party-wide IMS with "Fall Back!" along with minor healing.
Empathic Removal for a general hex/condition removal.
Expel Hexes on hex-heavy areas.
Unyielding Aura for a super res.
"It's Just a Flesh Wound." for excellent condition removal.
Optional #2 & #3 - Pick Two Non-Elites
- Additional Spear Attack Skills (limit selection to one of these if any):
Spear of Lightning for more damage and armor penetration.
Blazing Spear for more damage and burning.
Holy Spear for areas with a lot of minions/spirits.
Disrupting Throw for an interrupt.
Wild Throw for a stance removal.
Merciless Spear for a guaranteed Deep Wound.
Swift Javelin for an attack that should never miss.
Chest Thumper for Deep Wound on targets with Cracked Armor.
- Support Skills (depends on party setup/needs):
Anthem of Envy very useful when having many spirits and/or melee in your party.
Hexbreaker Aria for party-wide hex removal in caster parties.
Anthem of Weariness to inflict Weakness when having many spirits and/or melee in your party.
Anthem of Disruption for many interrupts when having many spirits and/or melee in your party.
Anthem of Flame for Burning and a foolproof way to maintain AR.
Enduring Harmony to allow shouts like "For Great Justice!" and "I Am Unstoppable!" to last longer, can be maintained on multiple allies. (requires micro)
"Never Surrender!" for party healing over time.
Signet of Return for a res.
"They're on Fire!" for defense in parties using a lot of Burning (like Searing Flames)
"We Shall Return!" for a party-wide res. Disable this on your hero, otherwise he will use it whenever a party member dies.
- Secondary Profession Utility:
Rip Enchantment or
Rend Enchantments for a general enchantment removal.
Smite Hex hex removal.
Cry of Frustration for an AoE interrupt.
"For Great Justice!" to quickly charge skills like Stunning Strike and Anthem of Envy early in a fight.
