Wastrel's Demise - 1/3 Savannah Heat 1/8 Savannah Heat 1/10 Savannah Heat - For 5 seconds, target foe has 100 AL and is standing in Savannah Heat (fuck you, Sentinel's, Scout's, and shield sets). If target foe is not a caster or you don't have interrupts, Wastrel's Heat stops dealing damage after a couple of seconds if target foe is not knocked down, just like Savannah Heat.
Mind Wrack - 5 fastcast 1 0 - The next time you esurge or eburn target foe, that foe takes 90 damage and loses 10 energy. Then takes 25 damage and loses 1 energy. If they run out of energy, they also take 100 damage and this hex ends. May deal slightly less damage if target is already out of energy.
Seeping Wound - 5 ¼ 10 - "Elite Half-Ranged Hex Skill. Create an invisible mesmer at target foe's location with 0...6...8 ranks in Illusion Magic. This mesmer instantly casts Ethereal Burden target foe, then goes into Primal Rage trains target foe with Illusionary Weaponry. This mesmer dies after 0...6...7 seconds."
