Final Balance Update for Ritualist - PvE only[edit]
Goal / Attempt: Adding a secondary effect to the primary attribute, providing a better energy management, which is crucial for every situation / profession.
Primary attribute[edit]
New Spawning Power : For each rank of Spawning Power, creatures you create (or animate) have 4% more Health, and weapon Spells you cast last 4% longer. In PvE, your non - Binding Ritual Ritualist skills cost 4% less energy for each rank of Spawning Power.
PvE only[edit]
Vampirism 10 ¾ 30 Binding Ritual. Increased life stealing and healing to 35 : Creates a level 4...14 spirit (lifespan 75...150 seconds). Its attacks steal 10...35 Health, and you are healed for 10...35.
Spawning Power[edit]
Anguished Was Lingwah 5 1 20 Item Spell. Reduced casting time to 1 second and recharge time to 20 seconds, increased energy reduction to : (10...50...60 seconds.) Your Ritualist hexes cost 1...6...7 less energy and last 33% longer. Drop effect: all your Ritualist hexes are recharged.
Boon of Creation
10 1 30 Enchantment Spell. Reduced casting time to 1 second and recharge time to 30 seconds, increased energy gain to : (15...51...60 seconds.) You gain 5...41...50 Health and 2...6...7 Energy whenever you create a creature.
Empowerment
5 ¾ 20 Binding Ritual. Reduced recharge time to 20 seconds, increased maximum health and energy gain to : Creates a level 1...11...14 spirit (15...51...60 second lifespan). Allies in range holding an item gain 25...65...75 maximum Health and 20 maximum Energy.

Destructive Was Glaive

Life 5 ¾ 15 Binding Ritual. Reduced energy cost to 5 and recharge time to 15 seconds, increased healing to : Creates a level 1...11...14 spirit (20 second lifespan). Affects non-spirit allies within range. End effect: heals for 2...7...8 for each second this spirit was alive.
Mending Grip
5 1 6 Spell. Increased healing to : Heals for 25...77...90. Removes one condition if target ally is under a Weapon [sic] spell.
Preservation
5 ¾ 20 Elite Binding Ritual. Reduced time cycle to 2 seconds : Creates a level 1...11...14 spirit (90 second lifespan). Every 2 seconds this spirit heals one non-spirit ally for 10...94...115.
Protective Was Kaolai
10 1 20 Item Spell. Reduced recharge time to 20 seconds, increased armor gain and healing to : (15...51...60 seconds.) You have +20 armor. Drop effect: all party members are healed for 20...84...100.
Recuperation
15 ¾ 30 Binding Ritual. Reduced energy cost to 15 and recharge time to 30 seconds.
Resilient Weapon

Conlusion[edit]
I think "the" main problem the Ritualist has, is a very bad energy management that really needs to be adressed. Secondly, some skills need recharge and an activation time reduction. With those problems gone, I think that the Ritualists in PvE can not only heal / prot much better, but will become more versatile in general in terms of builds and playstyles.
