Original armor system[edit]
Background[edit]
Originally, insignias were only available for PvP and Guild Wars Nightfall. The May 24, 2007 update replaced the old armor bonus system with salvageable insignias available for every campaign.
List of removed historical, inherent armor bonuses[edit]
This list includes all inherent armor bonuses that were removed from the game, organized by the equivalent, current insignia. The last column shows no applicable () if a salvageable insignia had no precursor in the old system.

Inherent prefixes that were never in the official game[edit]
In addition, some insignias were available during beta or preview versions of the game, but were never in the official game. On the whole, these inherent-bonus prefixes have no corresponding insignia.
